Crispy breads

Linkosuo is market leader in Finland with 80% market share made as other brand names as well as under the Linkosuo brand Finnish branded labels Pirkka by Kesko and Rainbow by SOK.

Crispy breads have been part of our product portfolio since the 1960's. Demand for crispy breads is increasing and Linkosuo added a second production line in 2007 to meet the growing demand. Our basic products include larger crispy breads (Varrasleipä), pre-portioned breads and small crispy breads (Palttoonnapit) all made using 100% rye. The newest additions to our product portfolio include flavoured rye snacks.

Ingredients: whole grain rye flour (60 %), wheat flour, water, outmeal flour, rapeseed oil, corn starch, spice mixture [wheat flour, dextrose (corn), lactose, cream powder, onion, salt, cheese powder, sugar, acidity regulator (E508), parsley, acidity regulator (E330, E 270), black pepper, garlic, flavouring, maltodextrin, yeast extract, anti- caking agent (E551), vegetable oil (rapeseed), thickener (E414), modified starch (E1450), vegetable oil (coconut)], yeast, salt (1,6%), barley malt, rosemary extract.

Non-dairy, lactose-free, sugar-free, high fibre, 72% fibre content.

Organic products

Linkosuo's organic RyeCrisps are the most fascinating new products of the year. RyeCrisps combine excellent flavour with all the benefits of rye in an entirely new way. The product family offers three delicious flavours: tomato, garlic andsour cream & onion. RyeCrisps can be eaten straight from the bag together with family and friends or you can grab a bag to eat later as a light snack. RyeCrisps also go well together with a light dip, or why not add a topping to create delicious and presentable snacks for guests?

Organic RyeCrisps are a great alternative for customers who are concerned about their well-being. In addition to the great taste, they also include 13% fibre and only 9% fat (rapeseed oil), which is significantly less than in many traditional snacks.

The bags can easily be displayed in their own shelfready sales unit. Their validity period is 10 months and a sales unit includes 10 bags.
