Quality system guarantees high-quality bakery products
With our quality system, we manage the food safety of our products and systematically develop the operations of the entire company.
In 2007, Linkosuo was the first general bakery to be awarded a quality certificate based on the ISO 22000 standard, and in 2014, with the demanding FSSC 22000 certificate. The FSSC 22000 is an extended system of the ISO 22000 standard and covers client requirements, both in Finland and in the export market, even better than before.
In accordance with the system requirements, we recognise the risks in production in advance and in the event of any deviations, are able to act much faster and more efficiently than before. The operation of the quality system is ensured annually by a third-party audit. The Linkosuo system is audited by Bureau Veritas Certification.
