Pizzas with Varrasleipä crispy bread

Italian twist

1 Varrasleipä crispy bread

½ small Savoy cabbage

1 red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp. butter

200 g natural cream cheese

100 g sliced mozzarella cheese

4 slices of Parma ham

2 figs

Fresh basil

Salt and black pepper

Olive oil

  1. Slice the cabbage and glaze quickly in butter with the onion. Season.
  2. Add the cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Spread the filling on the bread.
  4. Place the other ingredients, except for the fig, on the bread and bake in an oven at 180°C for some 10 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the sliced figs and fresh basil and sprinkle with olive oil.

 

Moroccan pizza with pulled oats and melon chutney

1 Varrasleipä crispy bread

200 g pulled oats

2 tbsp. Ras El Hanout spice mix

1 dl semi-dried sun-dried tomatoes

1 dl leaf parsley

½ dl olive oil

1/2 lime, juice

1 long sweet pepper, sliced

1/2 courgette, thinly sliced

2 dl grated cheese

Salt and black pepper

  1. Season the pulled oats with the Ras El Hanout spice mix.
  2. Put the tomatoes with their oil and the leaf parsley in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the lime juice.
  3. Spread the mixture on the crispy bread.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and finally sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Bake in an oven for approximately 10 minutes at 180 °C.

 

Ras El Hanout:

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp black pepper

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. coriander seeds

½ tsp. cayenne pepper

½ tsp. ground allspice

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Melon chutney:

½ cantaloupe melon, diced

1 shallot, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 red chilli, finely chopped

200 g sugar

Salt and black pepper

Measure the ingredients in a pan and cook at a low temperature for approximately 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rye pizza.

 

Korean pizza

1 Varrasleipä crispy bread

2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced

200 g pak choi, sliced

1 dl spring onion, finely chopped

2 red chillies, sliced

100 dl grated cheese

Sauce:

200 g natural cream cheese

0.5 dl soy sauce

0.25 dl sesame oil

1 red chilli, finely chopped

1 lime, juice

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients together.
  2. Spread the sauce on the rye bread.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and finally sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake in an oven for approximately 10 minutes at 180 °C.
